About

Photo: Pauliina Kallio.

With a background in Art History, Leadership for Sustainability, and cultural work, my practice moves across the fields of culture, education, and organisational development. I collaborate with artists, institutions, and communities to design participatory projects that encourage dialogue, shared learning, and lasting cultural change.

My work is guided by systems thinking and regenerative methodologies, approaching curation and facilitation as processes that foster renewal, resilience, and relational care. I have experience in curatorial projects, arts writing, facilitation, and union organising—all of which inform my understanding of sustainability in action.

Currently, I am pursuing the Nordic Master in Visual Studies and Art Education (NoVA), a double-degree program at Aalto University (Finland) and Aalborg University (Denmark), where I explore Nordic approaches to visual culture, collective agency, and participatory practice. Alongside my studies, I work at DM, supporting networks of union and work environment representatives, while freelancing as a curator, facilitator, and cultural mediator.
